  • What are FVIPs?

  • Certified Family Violence Intervention Programs (FVIPs) are 24-week programs that are designed to rehabilitate family violence offenders by holding them accountable and prioritizing victim safety.

  • Respondents may attend any certified FVIP. Respondents are not limited to only attending FVIPs within the judicial circuit where they were referred.

  • Written status reports, detailing Respondent’s application, attendance and/or completion of the FVIP, are to be submitted to the Court’s Compliance Officer. Please note the Respondent’s name, County, and case number on the status report.
